I am interested to come along on 12th for endurance ride. How strong a cyclist do I need to be to participate?
Never done anything like that do grateful for any pointers please.

Hello, this is a non stop 2hr ride around the circuit. Take with you a drink and any nibbles you may need and see how far you can travel within this time frame. Its not a race or competition, its simply a means of measuring your own progress against yourself. Given the time of year, make sure you have enough warm clothing on. You can stop at anytime have a break and then do a few more laps. As we hire the club house a warm drink and snack will be available but bring along anything that you prefer to eat and drink just in case there is nothing to your liking.
