Olympic Cycling! 2012

Members of the Minet Ladies Cycling Club have been enjoying watching the cycling events at the Olympics!

Member Suzanne Cooper noted that “London 2012 has offered a unique opportunity to watch Olympic Cycling right on our door step.  Myself and other members have very much enjoyed watching the Olympic Road Races and Time Trials, from the Surrey road sides, waving the GB flag and cheering on the riders.  Having managed to get tickets to the Olympic velodrome to watch some of the qualification rides, this offered an amazing experience to see the stunning velodrome and get a taster of track riding at its very best.”
