Today we learnt about gearing and the challenges with changing a tyre punchure and must have accessories. Thanks to Ian and Sam who organised this session.

Cornering Skills – 10th March 17
We had an excellent afternoon learning and improving our cornering skills. Sam, Ian and Maurice laid out a great course that challenged our bike handling skills. Even though Sam was poorly, he still turned out to help us. Thank you.

Mountain Biking – 13th Jan 17
Wrapped up warmly against the cold wind we ventured out and had a good time riding around Minet park. We all had fun and even managed even to Christen our new jersey.
