Friday afternoons in June 2012

Why not drop into the ladies club, Friday afternoons in June and enjoy:

1st June- 10 Mile Time Trial

Ride around the track as quick as you can for 11 laps (10 miles)- this is a great way to test your fitness and speed over time. Did you improve upon you time last month? Try again next month, 1st Friday in July.

8th June- Basic Bike Maintenance (to be rearranged).  Special Jubilee Ladies Club will take place instead.

Don’t know your de-railers from your crank set?  No idea how to fix a puncture? Don’t worry, help is on hand to show you how to take care of your bike yourself.

15th June- Bike Handling Skills

Everything from limbo to cone weaving- a fun way to improve your steering, control and balance on your bike.

22nd June- General Riding

Ride around the track at your own leisure today.


1.30pm get ready and warm up.
2 pm coaching session starts.
Each session lasts approximately 45mins to 1 hr and general riding is available as normal every Friday 1.30-4.30pm.
If the weather is too wet to ride then we will hold indoor sessions either bike maintenance, turbo or rollers.
