Friday afternoons in May 2012

Why not drop into the ladies club, Friday afternoons in May and enjoy:

4th May- 10 Mile Time Trial

Ride around the track as quick as you can for 11 laps (10 miles)- this is a great way to test your fitness and speed over time. Then try again next month, 1st Friday in June, to see if you’ve improved.

11th May- Group riding practice

Practice riding in a group, a great introduction to our club runs. Our coach Tony, will work with you to improve your confidence riding with others on the road.

18th May- Skills session

Improve your bike handling skills- a fun and challenging event is promised.

25th May- General Riding

Drop in will continue as usual and if it rains then indoor turbo training will take place- we have turbos to borrow, but if you have your own please bring it along.  We look forward to seeing you!
